Studio Delaney is leading the interior design of the refurbishment and extension of the Alex Hotel in Dublin 2, delivering a contemporary hospitality design scheme that enhances the guest experience through considered interiors, refined finishes and thoughtful spatial planning.

The development will feature 220 bedrooms and suites, alongside a rooftop restaurant, café and spa facilities. The project brings together hotel interior design, luxury hospitality design and functional space planning to create inviting, distinctive environments that balance comfort, character and contemporary style.

As part of this hotel refurbishment and extension, Studio Delaney is shaping a cohesive interior design concept across the hotel’s guest accommodation, food and beverage venues and wellness spaces. The result aims to elevate the hotel experience and reinforce the Alex Hotel’s position within Dublin’s competitive hospitality sector.
